Had a roof leak over the kitchen that was causing lights to flicker in two rooms. I called RFK Roofing first because of their reviews, that they’re better business accredited and they offered a free estimate. Brittany was nice on the phone setting up and communicating through the process. The owner Ryan was there two days later right on time. He determined the issue and explained it well. Took off his boots too initially, when coming in side, which wasn’t necessary, but was courteous to do unasked. Because the leak involved wiring, he got the quote back later that evening, and came to do the job himself two days later. Turn around time was excellent. Quote was transparent with pricing. Clean up was thorough, and he sent before, during and after pictures of the job. Rained today, and ceiling does not feel damp in the same spots. When we get ready to do the full roof, we're going to call them first.
